Batch Rename

Rename multiple files at once using find-and-replace, regex, counters, date tokens, and custom templates with live preview and undo.

Rename Modes

Multiple rename modes for different needs:

  • Find & Replace — simple text substitution in filenames.
  • Regex — full regular expression matching with capture group references ($1, $2).
  • Counter — sequential numbering with format control ({n}, {n:000}).
  • Template — custom templates using placeholders: {original}, {ext}, {date}, {parent}, {size}.

Preview & Undo

All rename operations show a live preview of before/after filenames. Review every change before applying. After renaming, full undo support lets you revert all changes with one click. The undo history persists until the application is closed.
