These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Limintel website (limintel.com) and software products ("Products") provided by Limintel PTY LTD ("Limintel", "we", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or Products.

2. Software Licensing

Use of our software products is also subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA), which is presented during installation and available on our website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA shall prevail with respect to the software.

Trial License

Trial licenses provide full access to the software for 30 days from first activation. Trial periods are enforced per-machine and cannot be reset by reinstallation.

Perpetual License

A perpetual license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified Product version indefinitely. Perpetual licenses include one year of free updates from the date of purchase.

Subscription License

A subscription license grants access to all Limintel Products for the duration of the subscription period. Access to Products ceases when the subscription expires or is cancelled.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on perpetual licenses. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Subscription refunds are prorated for unused months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our website or Products after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law
